We offer rentals of our sites here at Sunny Brook from nightly to an entire season. Come visit us for a day, a week, a month, or a lifetime. Deposits are required for all site rentals. 100% deposit required for 3 nights or less, 50% for 4 or more nights, $500 is required for seasonal rentals and the balance by April 30, 2008 or move in, whichever is first. 2008 RV Rental RatesSpring and Fall (April 18 to May 22 and September 2 to October 31)
Summer ( May 23 to September 1 )
Summer weekends two night minimum. Holiday weekends (Memorial Day , Fourth of July, Blueberry Festival and Labor Day) three night minimum. Tents and pop-ups not allowed. All RVs must be 25’ or longer, 10 years or newer or like new condition. Please see Rules and Regulations for complete Resort rules. The rental includes Internet service, water, 50 amp electric and sanitary. Phones and cable are available if you request them at your cost through Comcast. A laundry / bathhouse is located near the swimming pool. A spacious clubhouse with kitchen, health spa, fireplace and large gathering room is located near the pool for your enjoyment. We also have a 5-acre fishing lake with a beach and hiking trails. We are a private gated resort located near golf, beautiful South Haven and Lake Michigan. The Resort is open for your use on April 18, 2008 and will remain so to October 31, 2008. There is a $100 deposit required at April 15, 2008 for electrical use (seasonal rentals). Any electrical use of over $100 will be billed separately at the end of the season based on actual use. Should you decide to purchase and close on a site prior to July 31, 2008 We will apply 100% of your seasonal lease to that purchase and hold the current pricing. Mail deposits to P.O.
