Stay at Sunny Brook
We offer rentals of our sites here at Sunny Brook from nightly to an entire season. Come visit us for a day, a week, a month, or a lifetime. Deposits are required for all site rentals. 100% deposit required for 3 nights or less, 50% for 4 or more nights. A $500 deposit is required for seasonal rental reservations. A $1000 payment by January 15th, 2010. Balance paid by April 1, 2010. Price subject to change at any time.

- 3 night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Blueberry Festival Aug 12th - 15th and Labor Day)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival for a refund. A $15.00 service fee will be charged for all cancellations. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days from scheduled arrival date.
Tents and pop-ups not allowed. All RVs must be 25’ or longer, 10 years or newer or like new condition.

The rental includes Internet service, water, 50 amp electric and sanitary. Phone service and cable are available upon request through Comcast. Laundry facilities and bathhouse are located near the swimming pool. A spacious clubhouse with kitchen, health spa, fireplace and large gathering room is located near the pool for your enjoyment. We also have a 5-acre catch-and-release fishing lake with a beach and hiking trails. We are a private gated resort located in beautiful South Haven near Lake Michigan.
The Resort is open for your use on April 15, 2010 and will remain so until October 31, 2010.
