No more than 8 people per site, including guest.
Deposits are required for all site rentals. 100% deposit required for 3 nights or less, 50% for 4 or more nights. Prices subject to change at any time.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 10 days prior to arrival for a refund. A $97.00 service fee will be charged for all cancellations. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days from scheduled arrival date.
The rental includes Internet service, water, 50 amp electric and sanitary. Laundry facilities and bathhouse are located near the heated swimming pool. A spacious clubhouse with kitchen, fitness center, fireplace and large gathering room is located near the pool for your enjoyment. We also have a 5-acre catch-and-release fishing lake with a beach and hiking trails. We are a private gated resort located in beautiful South Haven near Lake Michigan.
Tents and pop-ups not allowed. All RVs must be 28’ or longer, 10 years or newer or like new condition upon approval from Management.
The Resort is open for your use on April 15 and will remain so until October 31 every year.
Electric Golf Carts ONLY! NO GAS or ATV. Must provide proof of insurance upon arrival.
